Bentley published in Elsevier journal, ‘Ecological Modelling’

MOUNT ARAB – Richard Bentley of Mount Arab has again been published in the Elsevier journal, “Ecological Modelling.”

His paper, “Consumption Driven Population Dynamics (CDPD): Further Explorations,” continues his population studies that led to his first paper on this subject in 2006. His findings suggest a simple model that includes all mechanisms for population gains and losses to which every living thing is subject.

This “CDPD” model replicates with with great fidelity the full range of observed population changes over time, equilibrium, oscillations, and single peak events, lending support to the correctness of this approach.
