AMC is no warm fuzzy
To the editor:
I normally do not write letters to the editor, but the last statement in the article about the hospital meeting in Lake Placid Wednesday night makes it sound like the board has already made up its mind and nothing anyone says is going to sway Adirondack Medical Center.
I read the guest editorial that Ms. Carmelitano wrote and found it to be true and telling. The AMC family is not the big, warm fuzzy that they like to project. When you have been there long enough, they will find a reason to make you resign or force you out! I, too, suffered some of the same treatment as Ms. Carmelitano, and I have been there 38 years as an RN.
