Police ID three killed in Friday’s head-on

OSWEGATCHIE (AP) – State police have identified the three people killed in a two-car collision in northern New York.

They were 62-year-old Albert Robinson and 58-year-old Georgia Robinson, both of Watertown, and 51-year-old Kristine Bell of Dexter. Another passenger in the car was hospitalized.

The accident happened around 9:45 a.m. Friday. Troopers say the driver drifted across the center line and crashed head-on into another in the St. Lawrence County town of Oswegatchie. The driver of the other car was treated for injuries at a hospital.

The cause of the wreck is under investigation.
