‘Conservation Easements: Tax and Financial Benefits’ seminar Aug. 8

LAKE PLACID – The Placid Lake Foundation and the North Elba Land Conservancy will host the “Conservation Easements: Tax and Financial Benefits” seminar with tax expert and attorney Stephen J. Small, Esq.

This year’s seminar will be held from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 8, at the Crowne Plaza Resort and Golf Club, and will concentrate specifically on the tax advantages and strategies for passing on family estates from one generation to the next. Landowners, attorneys, financial advisors as well as other professionals are invited to attend. Attorney’s who attend this seminar will earn 4.0 credits in Professional Practice. It qualifies as a transitional course, suitable for all attorneys, including newly-admitted attorneys.
