KEENE VALLEY – Road work on state Route 73 is expected to wrap up soon.
The project, which began July 2, is meant to stabilize a deep slope near Chapel Pond, state Department of Transportation spokesman Bryan Viggiani told the Enterprise Tuesday.
DOT workers finished replacing rocks there Tuesday, and now they will focus on guardrails and drainage for about a week and a half, he said.
“We’re almost out of there,” Viggiani said. “It should be completed by the middle of this month.”
