American Ballet Theatre presents ‘Classical Moves’

The Lake Placid Center for the Arts welcomes Anna Liceica to the stage with members of American Ballet Theatre and friends for an evening of dance at 8 p.m. Friday.

“Classical Moves” will feature veteran dancers in the intimate setting of the arts center’s 353-seat theatre.

The program for “Classical Moves” will include excerpts from legendary classical ballets such as “Giselle,” “Sleeping Beauty,” “Le Corsaire” and “Carmen,” as well as original choreography by American Ballet Theatre members Gemma Bond, Mikhail Ilyin, Zhongjing Fang, Daniel Mantei, and Vitali Krauchenka.

The LPCA welcomes the following dancers to the stage: Sterling Baca, Skylar Brandt, Marie Fischaux, Nicole Graniero, Sarah Hay, Vitali Krauchenka, Luciana Paris, Arron Scott, Sean Stewart, and Anna Liceica.

Dancers and program are subject to change.
