Adirondack Health welcomes Glanville as chief financial officer
SARANAC LAKE – Adirondack Health has welcomed an experienced professional to serve as its new chief financial officer.
Tristan Glanville began work as a member of Adirondack Health’s executive leadership team. His most recent position was as chief financial officer at Inter-Lakes Health in Ticonderoga.
Glanville has 30 years of leadership experience in administration and finance at nonprofit health care organizations. Much of his experience for the last decade dealt with strengthening the long-term financial position of hospitals and health systems. He truly believes servant-style leadership has been key to the success he has enjoyed over the years.
“The servant leadership philosophy fosters not only individual ability, but also collaboration among employees seeking to achieve our shared goal of exceptional patient care,” Glanville said. “As health care continues to evolve into a value-based model, the quality of care, patient outcomes and how they rate their overall experience will be linked to the financial strength of Adirondack Health.”
Glanville is glad his new job keeps him in the Adirondacks to enjoy his outdoor passions: hiking, bicycling, motorcycle touring, snow shoeing, cross-country skiing and downhill skiing. He is the father of three children and four grandchildren.
Originally from Texas, Glanville received his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Louisiana Tech University and has specialized training in a variety of financial and business administration disciplines.
